Your tasks
⁃ General secretarial duties such as purchase orders.
⁃ Assist in day-to-day operations, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail.
⁃ Coordinate administrative tasks as they arise and appointments and meetings.
⁃ Preparation of internal and external correspondence
⁃ Organization of company functions and events
⁃ Capture all relevant receipts for forwarding to accounting.
⁃ Contact person for employees, managers and customers
⁃ Answering and handling incoming telephone calls.

⁃ Successfully completed commercial vocational training
⁃ Very good knowledge of MS Office.
⁃ Quick perception and openness to new things.
