Your tasks
⁃ Development of complex business analyses and plans in the context of reorganization or restructuring projects, due diligence, business planning, market analyses, etc.
⁃ Optimization of cost accounting and controlling structures, establishment of management information systems.
⁃ Preparation and conduct of compensation negotiations.
⁃ Participation in the development of new topics and consulting approaches, e.g. in the area of business intelligence.

⁃ Profound, business management knowledge
⁃ Strong analytical and structural problem solving skills with a clear view and interest in numbers.
⁃ Very good IT understanding (esp. Excel and databases, if applicable).
⁃ High social competence and authenticity, enthusiasm and creativity.
⁃ Enjoying the joint development of individual solutions with customers and colleagues.
